Pricing and Taxes: All prices shown are gross and in Pounds Sterling and inclusive of any taxes that may be applicable (though non deductible) except where shown. Prices are subject to change without notification. The price shown when an order is made shall be the price charged.
Despatch and Shipping: Apart from special order items or those items already shown as an extended delivery item all goods are normally despatched within 48 hours of receipt of order. For any that are not in stock we will advise you, at which point you may cancel the order if you choose to. Inland goods are sent via Royal Mail unless otherwise agreed, over-seas goods are sent (where possible)via Royal Mail International Signed For and Insured and you will be responsible for any import duties levied in the Country of destination. Despatch/shipping charges are displayed on the shopping cart page and must be correctly enterred to arrive at final total cost of order. Any incorrect despatch/shipping charges will be adjusted and customer will be notified by e.mail of same.
Returns/Cancellations: Inland goods are fully covered by the Distance Selling regulations which we adhere to. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing your order, or return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods without penalty. You must however advise us within 14 days of receipt of goods that you are returning the goods. You are strongly recommended to return the goods by a signed for delivery method. For export items you must advise us by e.mail that you are returning and why you are returning the goods and you must show clearly on all packaging that items are being returned and marked as ‘Returned Goods’, failure to do so may result in import charges being imposed which will be deducted from any refund due.
Confirmation of Order: We will confirm receipt of order via e.mail unless otherwise requested.
Credit/Debit Card payments: All Credit/Debit card transactions are handled by World Pay and you will be directed to their Web Site upon completion of shopping cart, then returned to us for completion of order details. World Pay is a secure payment web site. It uses secure servers and encryption.
Confidentiality: We do not share any customer details from our web site with third parties. Credit/Debit card details are protected by World Pay. (please see World Pay website www.worldpay.com and navigate to security)
Data Protection: We comply with all current legislation. We do not share customer details with third parties.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify us against any damages, losses, liabilities, claims and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your usage of this Web Site.
Jurisdiction: Any orders shall be deemed to be concluded in the United Kingdom and therefore pertaining to English Law.
Payment: You may pay directly to us by Cash or Cheque or by Credit/Debit card via telephone or by World Pay who accept most card payment vehicles.
Description of Goods: We endeavour to accurately describe/show all goods however we cannot be held responsible for any discrepencies that may accidentally/maliciously occur.
